Executive Director
Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to join our growing team and oversee all operations of our assisted living facility. This role is crucial in ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. Success requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
Your Impact as an Executive Director
Ensure Compliance: Oversee facility operations in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
Implement Policies and Procedures: Enforce company policies and develop facility‑specific guidelines in accordance with all regulations.
Maintain Resident Assessments: Manage 2067 forms for all residents to ensure proper documentation.
Recruit and Retain Staff: Hire, orient, and support a high‑performing team.
Manage Business Operations: Supervise admissions, accounts payable/receivable, ancillaries, and payroll to ensure operational accuracy.
Promote Facility Services: Support marketing efforts and represent the facility with community partners.
Foster a Collaborative Team: Create a culture of accountability and efficiency.
Process Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate payroll submission.
Assist with Communications: Answer phones and assist with inquiries as needed.
Address Concerns: Respond to issues raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff.
Coordinate Admissions: Oversee the intake and onboarding process for new residents.
Develop Staff: Lead ongoing training and professional development.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the facility.

Has a thorough knowledge of assisted living regulations and standards.
Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of general accounting and payroll.
Understands budgeting, marketing, and optimizing revenue through service delivery and ancillary management.
