THE OPPORTUNITY Wavicle is helping enterprises modernize their data ecosystems and operationalize AI at scale. We work with global organizations to turn data into real business advantage.
We are looking for an Engagement Manager – Data, Analytics & AI to lead strategic client relationships, own pursuit strategy, and drive account expansion across enterprise clients. This is a senior, client‑facing role responsible for commercial ownership, executive relationships, and delivery success.
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO:
Own the overall success, growth, and long‑term strategy of enterprise client engagements.
Own pursuit strategy for your accounts, shaping deal strategy, solution direction, and executive‑level positioning.
Lead the creation of thought‑provoking proposals that showcase Wavicle’s differentiated experience in Data, Analytics, and AI.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior business and technology leaders.
Translate complex business challenges into modern Data, Analytics, and AI‑led solutions.
Drive expansion through data platform modernization, AI adoption, and cloud‑native architectures.
Partner closely with Wavicle’s Alliances team, contributing to strategic relationships with Databricks, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
Collaborate with partner field teams to execute co‑sell motions, joint pursuits, and innovation programs.
Govern delivery performance in partnership with Delivery, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure consistent execution and client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING:
10+ years of experience in consulting, data/analytics, or technology services roles.
Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and driving multi‑million‑dollar account growth.
Experience leading pursuits, proposal development, and deal shaping.
Strong experience across AWS, Azure, and/or Databricks platforms.
Executive presence and comfort influencing senior stakeholders.
Ability to travel 25%
