Engineering Lead – Full Stack – Health Plan What you’ll do:
Lead end‑to‑end projects using cloud technologies to solve complex business problems
Provide technology and architecture expertise to maximize value for clients and project teams
Strong understanding of key delivery methodologies to effectively collaborate with delivery team and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Ensure technology solutions and architectures are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost
Solid understanding of technology solution TCO estimations including infrastructure and third‑party licensing fee estimations
Lead, coach, and mentor project team members for continuous learning and professional growth
Demonstrate expertise, facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills in internal and client interactions
Collaborate with ZS experts to drive innovation and minimize project risks
Work globally with team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Bring structure to unstructured work for developing business cases with clients
Assist ZS Leadership with business case development, innovation, thought leadership, and team initiatives
What you’ll bring:
Hands‑on experience (6+ years) as Full Stack developer building cloud native Web applications, experience with headless and microservices based architecture
Certified AWS / Azure Architect
Technical Requirements:
Web Application Development: Experience with frontend (React, React Native) or Angular JS, and backend (Node.js, Python, TypeScript), API protocols like REST APIs and GraphQL
AWS: Architect certification; hands‑on experience with S3, EC2, ECS, EKS, EMR, Aurora, Lambda, CDK, AWS AppSync, and Amplify
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Java
DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CDK, and Terraform
Containerization: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field with academic excellence
6+ years of consulting experience leading large‑scale technology implementations
Extensive hands‑on project experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Architect level understanding and project experience in designing and implementing AI applications
Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development
Familiarity with industry‑standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, and other cloud technologies
Fluency in English
