We are seeking an experienced
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Expert.
The role will work as part of a team providing enterprise level support for the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AF-IPPS) Program. Prior experience working with Oracle EBS supporting federal pay systems for a full implementation cycle is required for consideration.

Up to 25%
Role and responsibilities include:
Work as part of a collaborative team delivering updates and modernization for AF-IPPS federal payroll system.
Apply knowledge of Oracle EBS federal payroll technologies and industry best practices for applications, methodologies, processes, and tools for delivering payroll and supporting payroll operations.
Deliver costing solutions and accounting of labor costs between payroll and financials.
Support hands-on functional testing with costing.
Perform functional design and testing of Finance integration solutions between Payroll and General Ledger.
Troubleshoot production tickets through to resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements include:
Current secret clearance (T3 or IT2 Access)
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred; related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
10+ years of related experience delivering solutions for federal personnel and payroll using Oracle EBS Payroll including:
Expert level experience supporting design and build with these modules:
Oracle EBS HCM Payroll (US)
Oracle EBS General Ledger
Oracle EBS Project Costing
Oracle EBS Financials
Recent experience supporting 1+ full Oracle EBS implementations in a hands-on role
3+ years of experience implementing and troubleshooting production cost tickets through to resolution
Hands-on functional design and testing experience
Ability to quickly learn information and get up to speed on multiple concurrently running tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with a collaborative government and contractor team
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage workload to project deliverable deadlines
Ability to support a hybrid work schedule
Ability to support up to 25% travel
