Maintenance Director (Project Management)

We are currently looking to fill at role at our Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation community that will oversee maintenance operations at not only Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation but also the Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation campus.
Summary As the Maintenance Director over Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation and the Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation campus, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both residents and staff. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of facility management and supporting our mission of providing loving care.
Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $26 an hour.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all maintenance staff and operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and enhance resident satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair.
