Support Staff: 1 APP, 1:1 Nursing Support, 0.5:1 Ancillary Staff
Days Per Month: Based on 7 on/7 off OR 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
On-Call/Weekends: Yes, weekends as needed
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Required
- Active IA License or Active IMLC Required
- Must be experienced Required
- Clean Malpractice/No Background Required
- Must be available either 7 on/7 off OR 2 weeks on/2 weeks off ASAP Required
