A nationally recognized law firm with 500+ attorneys providing comprehensive legal services to innovative companies from startups to global enterprises. Role The Attorney Recruiting Specialists will play a central role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top legal talent (lateral associates, partners, summer associates, and entry-level associates). Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting logistics for summer associate and lateral attorney hiring programs. Coordinate on-campus interviews (OCI), callback interviews, job fairs, and virtual recruiting events with law schools nationwide. Schedule and confirm candidate interviews (phone, video, and in-person), prepare interview packets, manage interviewer calendars, and collect feedback. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates; deliver white-glove candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage. Oversee the summer associate program logistics (orientation, work assignments, social events, mid-summer and exit reviews, offer process). Maintain accurate candidate data in the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS – typically viRecruit, FloRecruit, or LawCruit). Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and polished demeanor. Working Situation Hybrid Base Salary: $70-100k+, commensurate with experience. Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
