Manufacturing Associate Job at Accentuate Staffing in Raleigh

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Raleigh area recruit a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. This person will work in their assembly area, mixing, pouring, and filling product. It is a temp to hire opportunity working on 1st shift. Responsibilities: Assemble finished products by mixing raw materials. Accurately measure and weigh raw materials following batch records. Perform quality inspections on both raw materials as well as finished products. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist with performing cycle counts to maintain inventory levels of raw material. Package finished product for shipment. Inspect products for defects or issues and make necessary adjustments. Assist in the setup and changeover of assembly lines during shifts. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document work activities accurately and report any issues to supervisors. Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of assembling/mixing raw materials. Must be comfortable following batch records. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Must be comfortable lifting 35 lbs continuously. Will be required to pass a background check and drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
