Job Details Flexible Hybrid Schedule with Clear Track to Partner.
Immediate opening for an experienced associate attorney with a background in Civil Litigation, preferably Insurance Defense. All levels of experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in various Insurance Defense litigation matters.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Senior level candidates will be highly considered.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
