Job Overview
The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) are the engine for reinvention in our clients’ transformation journey. Powered by more than 255,000 people across 24 countries, ATCs provide clients seamless access to industry insights and innovative technology solutions. You will work as an EpicCare Ambulatory or Inpatient Certified Consultant with Project Management Experience, overseeing collaboration among Accenture teams, software vendor teams, and client teams.
Responsibilities
Experience with project plan creation
Create detailed scope and obtain sign‑off from the Operations team.
Develop a detailed Excel project plan and drive status calls and updates.
Executive presence
Portray competence and confidence to Operations and client resources.
Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting.
Comfort with ambiguity
Handle new complexities and figure out solutions for project delivery.
Investigate areas to establish standard procedures.
Strong driver personality – lead status updates and understand intricacies of needs.
Assist with analysis and design of new business workflows.
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases; assign resources based on skill and mastery.
Provide input into high‑level functional specifications.
Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance of work products to ensure they meet requirements.
Perform or advise on system configuration, integration setup, and assist with testing activities.
Serve as intermediary between the client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities and limitations.
Assist in development and documentation of data requests and source‑to‑target mapping.
Other duties as assigned – may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in Healthcare IT in an EpicCare Ambulatory or Epic Inpatient Leader role.
Experience and certification in EpicCare Ambulatory or Epic Inpatient.
Minimum three years of Healthcare Program or Project Management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience; Associate Degree must have minimum six years of work experience.
Bonus: Experience with at least one full Epic implementation.
Bonus: Experience leading multiple teams through separate project iterations.
Bonus: Experience with people management and adherence to business standards.
Bonus: Experience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership.
Bonus: Experience working with requirement gathering from clinical leadership.
Bonus: Experience with Epic MyChart, Healthy Planet, Epic Beacon, EpicCare Link, Epic Dermatology, Home Health, Kaleidoscope, Willow Ambulatory, or Wisdom.
Compensation and Location Compensation varies by office location. Recruitment is ongoing. Hybrid role – 3 days per week in the office.
California: $73,800 to $218,800
Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
New York/New Jersey: $68,300 to $218,800
