Lead HR Business Partner
for a
Fortune 500, multi-unit organization
with 50+ locations across the region. This is a
direct-hire
role offering a hybrid work schedule (work-from-home a few days each week), strong benefits, competitive compensation, and an

Job Description
Partner closely with regional and store leadership to deliver proactive HR support aligned with business strategy and teammate experience.
Provide expert guidance in employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Foster an inclusive, values-driven culture that supports engagement, belonging, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute talent development, compensation, benefits, and DEI initiatives across the enterprise.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and influence business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all state/federal employment laws; serve as a regional subject matter expert.
Support and lead change management initiatives that enhance teammate engagement and retention.
Manage headcount planning and partner with the RPO recruitment team to ensure effective staffing for all assigned locations.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting multi-unit or field operations.
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders at all levels, and manage change effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
Travel:
Up to 50% travel required.
Nice to Have:
Experience in retail, automotive, or union environments; Spanish bilingual skills.
Certifications:
SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR preferred.
