Join Scion Staffing to fill the
Employment Litigation Paralegal
role for a well‑established mid‑size law firm in San Jose, CA. This onsite position requires working in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, complaints, briefs, and other litigation materials. Assist with management of evidence, interrogatories, and e‑discovery processes. Interview clients and witnesses to prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill discovery obligations. Maintain and manage Excel databases and other data creation tasks. Provide legal support as assigned in accordance with California State Bar rules. Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies (preferred ABA‑approved program). Experience supporting attorneys in employment litigation, civil litigation, or HR‑related matters. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with electronic discovery platforms. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
