Represent clients in a wide range of defense litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Conduct thorough legal research to support defense strategies, utilizing both traditional and electronic resources. Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct and defend depositions, engage in discovery, and present arguments in court. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings. Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about their rights, legal options, and potential outcomes. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Current license to practice law in the state. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation defense attorney. Proven experience in hearings, defense, legal writing, mediation, and legal research. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a team. Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
