We provide high quality care and education, shaping our early learners while building strong ties with parents and communities. The Sunshine Learning Center has locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
We are currently hiring an ambitious Educational Director with strong leadership skills, looking to use their experience and training to develop children's lives.
Compensation Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year Sign‑on bonus:

Job Responsibilities
Supervise all daily operations
Ensure the ongoing delivery of a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Conduct formal and informal teacher observations
Provide staff training
Oversee student assessments
Review teacher lesson plans
Ensure the early education center achieves educational goals
Maintain a regular and proactive method of communication with families
Oversee marketing efforts to maintain full program enrollment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Requirements
New York State Teaching Certification: Birth‑2nd or Grades 1‑6
Master’s Degree preferred, minimum BA/BSc in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 2 years classroom experience with children under 6 years old
Leadership experience preferred
Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills
