Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year. Salary will be determined based on skills and experience. Sign‑on bonus is available. Responsibilities
Supervise all daily operations Ensure the ongoing delivery of a developmentally appropriate curriculum Conduct formal and informal teacher observations Provide staff training Oversee student assessments Review teacher lesson plans Ensure the early education center achieves educational goals Maintain regular and proactive communication with families Oversee marketing efforts to maintain full program enrollment Qualifications
New York State Teaching Certification: Birth‑2nd or Grades 1‑6 Master’s Degree preferred; minimum BA/BS in Early Childhood Education Minimum 2 years classroom experience with children under 6 years old Leadership experience preferred Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills Benefits
