About NOCD At NOCD, we’re on a mission to make life-changing mental health treatment accessible to everyone who needs it. OCD is one of the most disruptive and misunderstood conditions, and yet the most effective therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), is still difficult for too many people to access. We’re here to change that at scale.

Born from firsthand experience navigating misdiagnosis and the struggle to access effective treatment, NOCD has grown rapidly since our Series A and is expanding nationwide. Every design you create will help real people connect with care that can transform their lives, often within weeks, not years.

If you want to join a team that values craft, creativity, ownership, empathy, and continuous learning and you want your work to have visible, human impact, NOCD is where you can do the most meaningful design of your career.
