Jazz Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement, ticket sales, brand awareness, and community involvement. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for music and strong marketing experience. Must be detailed oriented, a fast learner, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment. Full time with some nights/weekends required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for concerts, festivals, events, and education programs. Coordinate campaigns across digital, print, radio, social media, and email marketing. Manage marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Oversee website content updates and user experience. Plan and manage paid and organic social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.). Design and execute email marketing campaigns Track and analyze digital metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. Write and edit promotional copy, including event programs, blog posts, newsletters, and website content. Collaborate with design team on print/digital collateral (posters, programs, ads). Monitor ticket sales trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in music, arts, or nonprofit sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva or similar platforms.
