DevOps Engineer – NTT DATA North America NTT DATA Services currently seeks a

DevOps engineer

to join our team in

Mahwah, NJ .

Primary Responsibilities of this role: As a Senior Developer you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our customers infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client organizations focusing on automation, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure management, and collaboration to improve software delivery speed and quality for our clients.

What you will do:

Executes on DevSecOps designs and supports overall effort of delivering project goals

Experience with GitOps practices and procedures

Experience with development and implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with IaC development (Terraform, YAML)

Experience/understanding of CI/CD pipeline design patterns and tools including Azure DevOps, Git, Argo, Jfrog, SonarQube, and policy engines

Knowledge and ability to implement security best practices, including management of access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements

Understanding of runtime security and remote monitoring principals

Experienced with cloud technologies including containerized application design/implementations (GKE, AKS)

Ability to work independently and as a productive team member, actively participating in agile ceremonies

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team: status updates and concerns, issues and risks

Experience with Agile and Scrum concepts

Self-driven

What You Will Bring:

5+ years of experience in DevOps and Cloud

2-3 years of experience Azure DevOps as well as general DevOps toolsets.

Ability to execute on DevSecOps designs and support overall effort of delivering project goals

Strong experience with GitOps practices and procedures

Proven experience in development and implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development using Terraform and YAML

Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline design patterns and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Argo, Jfrog, SonarQube, and policy engines

Knowledge of implementing security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements

Familiarity with runtime security and remote monitoring principles

Experience with cloud technologies and containerized application design/implementations (GKE, AKS)

Ability to work independently and as a productive team member, actively participating in agile ceremonies

Strong collaboration and communication skills for team updates, concerns, issues, and risks

Solid experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
