Hourly rate ranges from $18.94 - $19.19 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.
Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Maintain physical demands of the job, including in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement of 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
Strong understanding of customer service and store operations.
Ability to handle physical demands and long hours on feet.
