We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our commercial and public sector construction projects. In this position, you will work closely with our project management team to coordinate all aspects of project execution, from planning and scheduling to on-site supervision and client communication. You will be responsible for supporting the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial and public sector construction projects Support project managers in overseeing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial project management, preferably with public sector projects Proficiency in project management software like Procore and Microsoft Office Interested in hearing more?
