Summary of Responsibilities
Lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
