Customer Service Lead !

Overview As the Part‑time Customer Service Lead, under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll lead day‑to‑day customer service initiatives, inspire, motivate, and encourage associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service at all times. You’ll lead by example and focus on Our Burlington philosophy and core values. You’ll ensure a customer‑first focus, speed of checkout, and overall service remain top priority while proactively solving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Model company core values, Our Burlington philosophy, and back‑of‑house standards to the receiving team.

Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer‑first focus.

Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions.

Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

Requirements Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting and moving boxes of 40 lbs. or more, and standing/walking for extended periods.
