Project Manager - Senior $62

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the program management activities for the expansive, cross‑functional Testing Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in crafting executive‑level presentations and adeptly managing vendor relationships, including contract oversight and metric analysis. This position will start out as a contract, with possible extensions and/or permanent hire. Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate quarterly PI‑planning events to ensure seamless execution

Drive teams to achieve deliverables within set timelines, maintaining accountability and focus

Assist the Lead Program Manager with comprehensive reporting, risk tracking, and communication strategies

This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

Description As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the execution of either individual large, sophisticated, cross‑functional projects (generally 1‑year duration, $1M budget, impacting multiple business areas), or multiple medium‑sized, moderately sophisticated projects. Providing project management expertise to the Investment Products and Services (IPS) business area, and related enterprise areas in accordance with Company‑approved methodologies, you will assist clients in defining and managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk mitigation, and implementation strategies. You will assign, lead and supervise complex resources, regrouping as priorities and objectives necessitate, to achieve key achievements and accomplish efficient project results. Above all, you are a strategic problem solver who takes ownership of issues, moving between diverse tasks with tact, cooperation, and persistence, motivating and bringing out the best in those around you.

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent lines of communication between engineering teams and program leadership

Makes connections across teams and work streams to drive identification and managing of interdependencies

Coordinate integration environments such that dependencies can be tested together

Supervise the progress of the dependent features throughout the CI/CD process

Help lead and refine the tech‑based backlog; closely handle risks and cross‑team dependencies

Bring up risks/issues to leadership, as needed; identify and assess while mitigating program risks and issues and removing impediments and blockers for the team

Assists product owner and product manager to define and continuously deliver business value through forward thinking, balanced solutions

Champions adoption of Agile standard methodologies and provides mentoring to the team, leadership and partners

Develop comprehensive delivery plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members, upon request

Handle changes to scope and schedule as they occur

Fulfill status reporting requirements

Perform other related duties as assigned, which would include tasks related to strategic planning

Drives for clarity and transparency between all team members, leadership and partners on objectives, priorities and measures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in technology functions.

Experience with agile project management methodologies, a working understanding of project management / agile tooling.

Nice to haves: Experience with JIRA and/or JIRA Align strongly desired and experience working with distributed teams.
