associate with 2–5 years of experience

to join its

Technology Transactions team . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced advisors, supporting both emerging and established companies as they shape their intellectual property strategies and negotiate mission‑critical commercial agreements. This position provides exposure to innovative technologies and allows associates to develop a broad skill set in IP, technology transactions, and the technology aspects of corporate deals. Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including collaboration, partnering, licensing, and related contracts for companies at every stage of growth Advise technology companies on product strategy, development, commercialization, and market positioning Support complex M&A transactions and venture capital financings with respect to IP and technology matters Conduct research and analysis on emerging and diverse technologies such as:

Artificial intelligence (AI) Fintech Autonomous vehicles AR/VR Cybersecurity Biotechnology Digital health

Qualifications

Minimum of

two years of legal experience

in IP and technology transactions Strong interest in technology transactions for M&A and emerging companies/venture capital clients Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment J.D. required Admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate will be located Why Join This Firm
