Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record in partnership management, channel sales, or business development within the software or technology sector
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiations skills
Ability to build and maintain trust with diverse stakeholders and high-value partners
Strong understanding of software sales cycles, channel business models, and go-to-market strategies
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and standard productivity tools
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets
Nice to Have Skills
Experience managing global or complex channel ecosystems
Expertise in developing partner incentive programs and co-marketing initiatives
Ability to represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and partner meetings
Preferred Education and Experience
Significant experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development roles within B2B technology companies, with a preference for experience in global markets or complex channel environments
Demonstrated success in securing new partnerships and managing strategic relationships over time
Other Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel to partner sites, industry events, and conferences as needed
Experience maintaining accurate documentation of partner activities, forecasts, and pipeline data within CRM systems
