Medasource was established to provide niche services for Providers, Payers, Government, and Life Sciences, delivering consultative solutions to Fortune 500 and enterprise non-profit clients.
Base pay range $66,560.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission
Position summary Associate Account Executives participate in a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program focused on a solution-driven approach to selling consulting and professional services. After training, approximately 80% of time is spent in front of customer decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win-win engagements.
Responsibilities
Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts
Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and events
Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects
Act as a client advocate to improve the experience of Fortune 500 target accounts
Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps
Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals
Set personal and team goals with guidance from management
Sales Training
Takes place at Medasource Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis
Led by Medasource’s President and sales leaders
Formalized training focused on healthcare practice areas and core competencies
Role playing, situational selling exercises, and ride-alongs with senior account executives
Fostering executive-level relationships
