About the O&P (Organization & Performance) Practice At L.E.K. Consulting, our Organization & Performance (O&P) practice empowers clients to align their organizational structures and operations with strategic objectives, driving sustainable growth and enhanced performance. Within our O&P practice, our Operations & Supply Chain team supports clients in evolving their supply chain strategies and improving performance across the end-to-end supply chain. We specialize in six core capabilities:

Supply chain strategy: Designing supply chain models aligned to business goals—optimizing footprint, operating model, and capabilities to drive efficiency and growth.

Planning: Improving demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management to enhance supply-demand alignment and decision-making.

Procurement: Identifying sourcing opportunities, strengthening supplier strategies, and delivering cost savings through smarter purchasing practices.

Manufacturing: Boosting manufacturing performance through productivity improvements, network optimization, and digital enablement.

Distribution: Refining distribution networks and operations to improve cost-efficiency, customer service, and scalability.

Logistics: Optimizing transportation and last-mile logistics to reduce costs and improve service through smarter network design and execution.

Job Description Operations & Supply Chain Senior Associates / Associate Consultants drive our insights for clients. You will quickly take on significant responsibilities as you play a crucial role on each case team, gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing research and data to address the client’s core issues. Your ability to uncover novel information, conduct rigorous analysis, solve problems creatively, and communicate your high-quality work is critical to the breakthroughs that make a lasting impact for our clients. A collaborative mindset, positive outlook and a drive to learn and lead are key to success in this role.

While casework varies every day, Senior Associates’ / Associate Consultants’ primary responsibilities typically include:

Develop problem solving frameworks to solve operational issues.

Conduct analysis, benchmarking and research.

Own workstreams, synthesize data into actionable recommendations, and help shape client strategies on pressing business issues.

Coach and guide junior team members, helping build capabilities across the case team.

Collaborate closely with team members to present findings and recommendations to clients through compelling written and verbal communication.

As part of the role, you may be asked to travel to client sites. These opportunities allow for deeper client engagement, broader exposure, and meaningful contributions to our work. We ask that you remain flexible in supporting these travel needs as part of your professional experience at L.E.K.

Qualifications and Experience Needed

A bachelor’s degree from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement

2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field

Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; backgrounds may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend of both, though purely corporate experience will be considered selectively.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Enthusiasm, resilience, and a desire to continuously learn and grow

Compensation The base salary at the Senior Associate level is $110,000 USD and at the Associate Consultant level is $135,000 USD. The estimated total potential compensation at these levels ranges from $145,000 USD (Senior Associate) to $200,000 USD (Associate Consultant). Realization of performance bonuses and profit sharing is influenced by both individual and firm performance. Broader firm benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, sick leave and short and long term disability insurance.
