About the O&P Practice At L.E.K. Consulting, our Organization & Performance (O&P) practice empowers clients to align their organizational structures and operations with strategic objectives, driving sustainable growth and enhanced performance. Within our O&P practice, our Operations & Supply Chain team supports clients in evolving their supply chain strategies and improving performance across the end‑to‑end supply chain. We specialize in six core capabilities:
Supply chain strategy: Designing supply chain models aligned to business goals—optimizing footprint, operating model, and capabilities to drive efficiency and growth.
Planning: Improving demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management to enhance supply‑demand alignment and decision‑making.
Procurement: Identifying sourcing opportunities, strengthening supplier strategies, and delivering cost savings through smarter purchasing practices.
Manufacturing: Boosting manufacturing performance through productivity improvements, network optimization, and digital enablement.

The Operations & Supply Chain Consultant / Senior Consultant is at the core of our case team structure. Coming from diverse backgrounds and using their creative problem‑solving and managerial skills, Consultants / Senior Consultants guide our case teams to provide clients insights with impact. You will make a difference by driving our teams to deliver actionable advice and strategies to help our clients win.
Responsibilities Consultants / Senior Consultants manage a team of Associates and/or Associate Consultants from day one, ensuring the team addresses client problems and delivers an answer. Typical responsibilities include:
Breaking down and outlining the client's key strategic issues.
Designing and supervising the team's core research tasks and analyses day‑to‑day.
Developing presentations and other deliverable structures.
Participating in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management.
Providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior staff.
As part of the role, you may be asked to travel to client sites. These opportunities allow for deeper client engagement, broader exposure, and meaningful contributions to our work. We ask that you remain flexible in supporting these travel needs as part of your professional experience at L.E.K.
Benefits & Compensation L.E.K. recruits the best and the brightest and offers very competitive compensation and benefits. In addition to immediate management responsibility and high‑impact work, we promote Consultants / Senior Consultants to Managers quickly based on demonstrated performance and contributions. Base salary: Consultant $185,000 USD, Senior Consultant $200,000 USD. Estimated total potential compensation ranges from $250,000 USD (Consultant) to $290,000 USD (Senior Consultant). Realization of performance bonuses and profit sharing are influenced by individual and firm performance. Broader firm benefits include 401K, health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance.
Qualifications & Experience
An MBA from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement or 3‑5 years of full‑time professional experience post‑graduation in a relevant field.
Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; backgrounds may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend of both, though purely corporate experience will be considered selectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
