Assistant Director

Pay $17.00/hr - $21.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Hours
Up to 30 hours per week, potential for more.
Working hours are between 12-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 1-7pm, and Saturdays 9-3pm.

Typical Day Includes
Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
Addressing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
Owning administrative duties and office organization.
Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center.
Overseeing the student experience.
Teaching students.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
