We’re partnering with a boutique health‑tech law firm on an exciting opportunity for a mid/senior‑level attorney.
This firm advises digital health and emerging growth companies on venture capital financings from seed through Series C and beyond.
The clients are some of the most innovative players in health tech, backed by top VCs and actively raising capital. If you enjoy fast‑moving deal work, working closely with founders, and growing your practice in a collaborative environment, this firm may be just for you.
You’ll have the ability to build your book with billing rates that actually support business development, plus a
remote‑friendly culture
and a
manageable 1500 billable hour requirement . With just under 15 employees and significant momentum, the firm is in major growth mode.
Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr
What you’ll do
Guide founders, investors, and high‑growth companies through venture capital financings, including seed rounds, Series A through C, and other equity and debt transactions
Draft and negotiate the full suite of financing documents (SAFEs, convertible notes, equity purchase agreements, term sheets, and related instruments)
Take a lead role in managing deals, from structuring through diligence and closing
Provide thoughtful, business‑forward advice to clients operating at the intersection of technology and healthcare
Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years of experience in ECVC, PE, or corporate finance – Big Law experience preferred. You’ll also have a small portable book and a desire to continue to build that book.
