Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

The Growth team is looking for a data‑driven analyst to uncover insights that accelerate user and revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with product and marketing teams to evaluate growth levers, forecast outcomes, and optimize performance throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

Analyze user and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks across growth funnels, including acquisition, activation, retention, and checkout conversion.

Understand growth metrics better than anyone else at the company.

Build and maintain SQL‑based dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, campaign ROI, and experiment outcomes.

Develop data models and forecasting frameworks that inform strategic planning and growth projections.

Partner with marketing teams to assess the impact of lifecycle campaigns, paid ads, and attribution models.

Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve end‑to‑end funnel efficiency through actionable insights and experimentation.

Provide clear, data‑backed recommendations to leadership to guide growth strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in growth analytics, business operations, or a related field.

Advanced SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex datasets.

Strong analytical and statistical reasoning; familiarity with forecasting and cohort analysis.

Experience with growth marketing metrics: attribution, campaign performance, CAC, LTV.

Understanding of user funnels (onboarding, activation, checkout) and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to simplify complex analyses for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Nice To Have

Experience in subscription, fintech, or consumer tech environments.

Familiarity with tools like dbt, Snowflake, or Airflow.

Background in Python or R for advanced analytics.
