Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to design and conduct comprehensive test plans for PCIe and NVMe enterprise solid‑state drives (eSSDs).
Oversee the progress of testing, identify potential issues, and report findings to ensure compliance with design specifications, as well as with customer standards and requirements.
Collaborate closely with other teams, including SOC, FW, and HW, to address and resolve product challenges.
Implement coordinated efforts to debug system issues, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
Foster open communication channels to facilitate efficient problem‑solving and enhance the overall product quality.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and prompt responses.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 8+ years of storage‑related experience is required.
Technical Skills
Proficient in PCIe protocol, NVMe, and NAND is required.
Knowledge of Linux Kernel and drivers is a plus.
Strong understanding of storage architectures and system‑level debugging is beneficial.
Experience with bus analyzers and trace evaluation tools is required.
Programming Proficiency
Strong proficiency in Python, C, and C++ is required.
