Position: Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 2-3 Days)
Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:
Develop and maintain Oracle EBS with specific focus on HCM Core HR, System Administration. Customize and technically configure Oracle EBS HCM Core. Collaborate with Workday SI and Oracle EBS Core Support team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Updating existing integrations to adapt to changes to Workday Streamlining data flows across impacted subsystems Standardizing integrations to align with United’s architecture standards Modify existing integrations both inbound and outbound employee / people data to accommodate for changes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS HCM integrations and data flows Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities related to People data Work Closely with Core support, business and SIs in Technical testing Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies Manage security roles and data access within Oracle EBS System (User) Administration, ensuring compliance and proper access controls Contribute to HR system implementations
