Senior Engineer - CI/CD [Hybrid]
GEICO is looking for a Senior Engineer to design and build scalable, resilient CI/CD platforms across Business Services and Infrastructure Engineering. The role involves collaborative design, Agile delivery, and 24x7 production support.
Base Pay Range $105,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr

Essential Functions
Scopes, designs, and builds scalable and resilient CI/CD platforms for systems across business and environments.
Engages in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.
Leads design sessions and topology reviews to elevate engineering quality.
Executes CI/CD infrastructure and software delivery utilizing Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell scripting, and monitoring portals (Azure, Splunk, Dynatrace, Application Insights).
Supports migration from Azure PaaS/IaaS to Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, or Web Apps/App Services.
Balances multiple projects, mentors engineers at all junior levels, shares best practices, and improves processes.
Builds CI/CD infrastructure definitions for high availability and develops deployment dashboards.
Provides excellent 24x7 production support on an on-call rotational basis.
Adheres to the Code of Conduct and company policies.
Meets attendance standards at the business location.
Must Have The Following Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of engineering experience with Infrastructure/Middleware or DevOps.
3+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps and Cloud Architecture in Azure.
3+ years of experience working with web servers and application servers.
3+ years of configuration management experience.
2+ years of experience with monitoring tools.
2+ years of experience with MuleSoft or similar integration software.
Experience with change management processes; prior experience with Helix (BMC) and ServiceNow is a plus.
Annual Salary $105,000.00 - $215,000.00
