Senior Sales Representative – Cardiothoracic
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative‑Cardiothoracic to drive sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical expertise within the Bay Area. The role offers significant growth potential to build and lead a high‑performing team while driving sales strategy across the territory.
Responsibilities
Lead sales strategy and activities to achieve and exceed territory objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with cardiothoracic medical professionals and training programs.
Provide high‑level technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
Implement sales and marketing plans, including new product introductions and cross‑selling.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze team performance, hold accountability meetings, and report quotas to leadership.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic clinical or sales roles.
Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures, operating room protocols, and medical terminology.
Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Comfortable in clinical/OR environments and able to lift up to 35 pounds.
