This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in Gold River, CA. Candidates must be within a 30‑minute commute or be willing to relocate.

About Optimus Capital Optimus Capital is a fast‑growing private lending and real‑estate investment company specializing in financing residential and commercial projects. Why This Role Is Exciting This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside a successful CEO, serving as his primary organizational partner across both business and personal responsibilities.

You will sit at the center of how the CEO operates—ensuring the trains run on time, priorities stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. Your support will directly increase the CEO’s capacity to focus on high‑level decision‑making, while you handle the details, follow‑through, and systems that keep everything moving smoothly.

You’ll gain meaningful insight into private lending, real‑estate investment, and business operations simply by being in the room and managing the rhythm of how the CEO works—while staying in a role designed for long‑term stability, trust, and partnership.

You’ll work closely with both the CEO and the Office Manager to ensure the office, the business, and the CEO’s personal world stay synchronized, structured, and efficient.

If you love bringing clarity to chaos, enjoy building structure, and thrive supporting a busy principal, this role places you at the heart of a growing company that values reliability, trust, and thoughtful execution.

Exceptionally organized and naturally detail‑oriented

Calm, steady, and grounded—even when the CEO’s priorities shift

A proactive thinker who anticipates needs without waiting for direction

Comfortable supporting both business and personal tasks

Trustworthy with sensitive information

A strong communicator with emotional intelligence and professionalism
