Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with occasional after‑hours support for projects as needed.

Compensation $45 per hour.

Responsibilities

Providing Quality Control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work performed

Assist with competitive process, develop statement of work construction documents, obtain bids/proposals/cost estimates for TWO's (Tenant Work Order's) and construction projects

Oversight of diagnostic and repairs on building systems

Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety system repairs

Preparing work schedules

Maintaining records and preparing required reports

Coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair work on a daily basis

Manage some‑on‑site subcontractors supporting projects

Preparing and issuing solicitations for the subcontractors as necessary

Qualifications

Strong building operations knowledge—heat pumps/hot water boilers/pumps/generator/VAV boxes

Demonstrate expert working knowledge—mechanical/electrical/life safety/plumbing

Quality Control/Inspect completed work

Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines

Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work, as required

Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and project tracking software

Ability to read, review and understand blueprints

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ethical Standards EOE, including disability/veterans
