Job Requirements

Be a California‑licensed attorney in good standing (required).

Minimum 2‑5 years of defense experience in workers’ compensation (required).

Personable and friendly character.

Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks.

Confident, articulate, persuasive in speech and writing.

Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case‑management software.

Ability to work in a paperless environment.
