Responsibilities

Handle cases from referral to resolution, independently and proactively.

Able to communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and through speech.

Identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly, exhibiting strong organizational skills.

Work using case management software.

Qualifications

Background in Workers' Compensation Defense required.

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Member of the California State Bar in good standing.

Tech savvy and proficient with case management software.
