Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr

Job Overview A senior attorney (6+ years of wage and hour experience) on the plaintiff side of enterprise litigation. This role will lead a team of attorneys from inception of a lawsuit through final approval or trial in California State and Federal courts, including wage and hour class and representative actions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Manage a team of attorneys from inception to final approval or trial.

Provide strong verbal and written communication, research, organizational and analytical skills.

Work independently while running a team of attorneys.

Prior experience in wage and hour class actions and representative actions in California State and Federal courts, familiarity with procedural law, and handling discovery and law‑and‑motion requirements.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters with strategic leadership.
