Director of Resident Services - Deer Ridge We are seeking a proactive and compassionate RN or LPN to join us as Director of Resident Services and lead our care team at Deer Ridge memory care.

Full‑time position with a salary of $105,000–$115,000, dependent on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities.

Leadership opportunity to guide resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and program services.

Who You Are As a healthcare professional ready to direct operations and pave the way for a high level of senior care, you will oversee the Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care/Assisted Living program services.

What You’ll Do

Direct the operation of the Community’s resident services department

Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non‑licensed staff

Evaluate residents’ condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance required

Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis

Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to resident services

Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Maintain a current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state

Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire

Previous experience in a supervisory position (geriatrics preferred)

Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Must have ability to gain CPR/First‑Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
