Role Overview In this role, you will lead multiple programs, extending your influence beyond immediate teams to ensure successful delivery of improvements. Responsibilities include defining program charters, translating goals into actionable objectives, and navigating complex challenges with a focus on continuous improvement and effective change management. This position offers the opportunity to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, manage critical priorities, and proactively resolve escalations, while ensuring programs are executed with excellence and a focus on user understanding and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities

Define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resources, and risks for moderately complex programs.

Translate broad program goals into precise, measurable objectives and milestones.

Determine optimal program phasing and establish metrics to support continuous improvement and efficient resource management.

Design and implement communication strategies, including executive updates and partner engagement, representing program progress and vision.

Anticipate and manage change, developing rollout plans, monitoring adoption, and resolving misalignments to ensure smooth transitions.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating informed decision‑making and resolving prioritization conflicts.

Gather and analyze critical data to guide programs, support strategic decisions, and maintain transparent project trackers and status reports.

Execute program tasks with precision, managing dependencies and integrating principles of product excellence, inclusion, and brand reputation.

Champion innovation by creating automated processes to enhance program velocity and monitoring.

Establish program governance structures, including mitigation strategies, post‑mortems, escalation reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
