Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy and Definition
Define, drive, and own program charters across multiple teams, including scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, risks, and dependencies for moderately complex programs
Translate ambiguous goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones
Identify the appropriate level of program management required for each initiative
Create detailed project plans outlining phases, risks, dependencies, and constraints
Execution and Delivery Excellence
Determine program phasing and metrics that support continuous improvement and resource optimisation
Optimize checkpoints and dashboard reporting, ensuring alignment on program pivots
Develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support engineering execution and velocity
Perform technical due diligence to evaluate scope, milestones, timeframe, and resource needs
Identify and manage program tasks and dependencies while maintaining high product quality and inclusive design standards
Create automated processes to improve velocity and monitoring
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Develop effective communication plans for executives and key partners
Represent the program clearly and consistently across all touchpoints
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to support decision‑making
Resolve prioritisation conflicts and proactively manage escalations
Change Management and Governance
Anticipate change management needs and develop comprehensive rollout plans, including impact analysis
Drive pivots requiring change management and resolve misalignments
Define ongoing change management needs and collect data required for program governance
Maintain project trackers, status reports, and define governance structures, including mitigations, post‑mortems, and escalation processes
Required Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Continuous Improvement methodologies
Experience managing Organisations Change
Strong Communications Management skills, including executive communications
Expertise in Planning and strategic program definition
Advanced Technical Judgment in evaluating engineering scope and requirements
Exceptional Stakeholder Management and conflict resolution abilities
Experience leading and managing teams in collaborative environments
Strong Execution and Governance capabilities
Experience with Portfolio Management principles
