About The Role As we build New Verticals Merchant Services, we’re looking to hire a Senior Associate. You will shape the strategy and execution of a suite of software products, inclusive of go‑to‑market strategy, pricing and packaging, and own success metrics like Merchant NPS, growth, and retention. You will dig deep on research and analytics to understand new opportunities and trends. You’ll partner closely with a stellar cross‑functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and business development leans to new products, define new revenue streams, and unlock growth. You will report into a Senior Manager and we operate in a hybrid model.
What You’ll Do
Operate: Own and optimize performance metrics related to Merchant success on DoorDash.
Analyze: Use SQL and Excel to uncover insights on consumer and Merchant behavior, pricing and logistics dynamics, and product performance.
Diligence: Conduct expert interviews and market research to understand new markets and opportunities.
Build: Help craft the long‑term strategy for how DoorDash becomes the best place for Merchants to grow their entire business.
Collaborate: Work closely with the CPG team, platform affordability team, marketing, finance, merchant teams, product, and other partners to bring new ideas to life.

You have 2–4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment diligence, revenue management, or a related analytical role.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Economics, Business Administration or a relevant field and a passion for building the future of local commerce.
Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

Pay Range (U.S.) $78,200—$115,000 USD
