Job Summary The Branch Manager leads and manages a single small‑sized branch by overseeing daily operations and sales, ensuring positive revenue generation, customer satisfaction, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. The role will improve the branch’s competitive position in the market and maximize profitability. This is a safety‑sensitive position that requires compliance with the company’s drug and alcohol policy and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement branch business plan for sales and financial goals with operational leadership.
Create and manage operational plans and budgets to meet branch goals; regularly monitor performance and adopt corrective measures.
Ensure branch safety plans and training are implemented and maintained.
Manage branch fleet inventory to maximize operations and revenue.
Manage profit and loss reporting and operational reviews.
Generate, process, analyze and review daily business reports.
Effectively manage and develop a diverse team.
Ensure product pricing meets profitability targets by regularly reviewing costs and pricing decisions.
Oversee branch inventory accuracy and security; ensure cycle counting is implemented per procedures.
Maintain branch property and equipment security and maintenance through established systems, procedures, and regular upkeep schedules.
Control branch operational costs, including labor, supplies, freight, utilities, etc. to ensure overall profitability.
Manage storage and delivery operations, from receiving to order fulfillment, ensuring on‑time delivery through schedule management.
Ensure the branch maintains federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience and a track record of success in operations and sales management, preferably in trench shoring or construction.
Valid driver’s license.
