About the Role We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive profitable online growth while protecting brand equity and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. This role blends commercial acumen with digital marketing expertise, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Set and achieve online revenue targets across marketplaces, the company website, and third‑party e‑commerce partners (Amazon, Chewy, Thrive, etc.)

Identify new digital sales opportunities and emerging platforms

Develop and execute e‑commerce strategy, including pricing, assortment, promotions, and digital merchandising

Oversee website usability, product content, and navigation to optimize the shopping experience

Improve conversion rates through tactics such as A/B testing, checkout flow enhancements, and personalization

Partner with marketing on SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, and email to drive qualified traffic and link spend to measurable sales results

Use analytics to track KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV) and monitor competitors’ pricing and promotions

Coordinate with supply chain, IT, and customer service to ensure accurate inventory, timely fulfillment, and post‑purchase support

Manage relationships with marketplace partners (Amazon, Walmart.com), technology vendors, and digital agencies

Sales & revenue management with a proven track record of delivering growth

Expertise in merchandising, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics

Strong business acumen, including P&L and ROI management

Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)

Solid foundation in SEO/SEM, paid social, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversion

Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or BI dashboards

Strong understanding of UX/CX and how site design and checkout flow impact sales

Skilled in project management, campaign execution, and product launches

Ability to negotiate and collaborate with marketplace and vendor partners

Collaborative team player across marketing, IT, logistics, and finance

Effective communicator with strong influence skills

Adaptable problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset

Innovative thinker, up to date on trends like social commerce and AI personalization

High attention to detail, especially in pricing, listings, and analytics
