Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and engineering development support
Coordinating development activities for engineering systems and capabilities
Conducting detailed and complex system engineering independently, including experience in functional and system level requirements analysis, requirements generation, and technical review
Essential Skills and Experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an
Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
Minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in at least one of the following:
Combat Systems Cyber Security
Ships Self Defense System
Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) class
Aegis Integrated Combat Systems
DDG-1000 Zumwalt class destroyer
Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense
Weapon/Sensor Combat Systems
Must have experience in Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirement System (DOORS) or DOORS Next system
Extensive experience in developing Functional Area Assessment (FAA) and working with Mission Area Assessments (MAA) in relation to engineering tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
