Main Responsibilities Managing team on organizational level
Leads the SAP FI/CO team on disciplinary and functional basis
Responsible for HR processes of the team members (Travel, annual performance discussion, personal development planning, training, salaries)
Provide leadership and direction to the SAP FI/CO team, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to SAP solution
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development within the team; manages frequent Jour Fix meetings with the employees as well within the team
Creates regularly reports about performance, resource situation within the team and projects
Ensures that ITIL relevant processes are followed within the team
Aligns with the Managers of complete ERP Application team in frequent meetings
Supports the general SAP strategy within the organization
Manages and steers external vendors
Managing team on functional level
Responsible for the end-to-end processes and applications within the FI/CO environment as well the owner of ERP templates in this area
Responsible for the relevant ERP system Landscape definition (architecture) and their alignment with the complete CIT IT architecture
Coordinate and ensure with other colleagues and IT teams that the solutions and tools in the area are end-to-end consistent with the other SAP modules and external IT tools
Representative of the IT SAP FI/CO department towards Central Functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with FI/CO business integration lead, supports the relevant strategic projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integrated SAP solutions
Service design and service transition
Support/Create blueprint or specification for an IT solution.
Support/Build new IT solution (e.g. customizing and developments) triggered by Incidents, Changes, Problems or Projects. Coordinate and steer others (developers, external/internal consultants) within area of responsibility (e.g. workpackage, function etc). Align with requester (e.g. key user) for testing and quality assurance, support of deployment and provide proper documentation including functional specifications
Actively gain knowledge in the assigned area if any changes appear or if a new process is implemented. Ensure that proper training documentation is available and stored on a central storage (Sharepoint, Teams...)
Support Trainings for other persons in the area (primarely IT knowledge transfer; business trainings are possible on request if useful) and ensure creating / usage of proper training material.
Leads SAP FI/CO Projects/Changes and ensure that they are in scope, budget, quality and time.
Service Operations
2nd and 3rd level support of service operations for Incidents and Problem
Standards
Proven experience as Team Lead in medium-large industrial corporations as well in international and multi-cultural environment
Experience in Finance process definition and accounting principles
SAP Certification in FI/CO (S/4 HANA FI is a plus)
Minimum Requirements
Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT fields or equivalent.
Experience: 7 years of experience in similar area.
Languages: Fluent in English & French
