About This Position The Application Administrator, Senior is an application design and configuration expert for vendor-purchased and NMHC developed applications. This role acts as liaison with department business owners, super users, application vendors, educators, and support staff regarding upgrades, requests, and optimization. The senior administrator is cross‑trained on multiple applications across patient access, revenue cycle, clinical, ancillary, administrative, and corporate domains, and frequently mentors other team members and cross‑department staff.
Requirements Education
Required: certification/associate degree or 3 years of related application use with business or health‑care work experience.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree in information technology, health‑care, or related field.
Experience
Required: 5 years of experience in a health‑care related field, using information technology in daily operations.
Preferred: Epic certification in Radiant and Cupid.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated analytical and critical‑thinking skills for process development or problem resolution.
Demonstrated customer‑service expertise and accountability.
In‑depth knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination.
Knowledge of database structure and reporting techniques and tools.
Licensure/Certification Maintained professional/clinical competence, certification, and/or licensure as applicable. Certified training followed by demonstrated competency certification in applicable software within six weeks of class completion.

Benefit Eligibility: Health insurance benefits are available for this position. North Memorial Health offers multiple health plans based on work group eligibility.
Salary Range: $42.29 – $63.24 per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked
Employment Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Work‑visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
