Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the FP&A function. This role will primarily focus on the Corporate Division and will be responsible for monthly analyses, planning processes (monthly, semi‑annual, annual), and ad hoc reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with division management and senior leadership, playing a key role in improving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial results and variances against forecasts and plans, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Monitor trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to management to enhance financial performance.
Lead and support G&A budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Track business improvement initiatives and measure progress against defined targets.
Develop and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
Review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy during the accounting close cycle.
Provide ad hoc analysis and generate reports as requested by management.
Prepare and present monthly KPI reporting.
Serve as a visible business partner to division leadership and management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or reporting.
Background in fast-paced, multi-unit businesses (restaurant or retail experience strongly preferred).
Solid knowledge of Accounting/GAAP.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with SAP and TM1 (or similar financial systems).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated, creative, and detail‑oriented with high standards of accuracy.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
